Electronic Transaction Authority terms and conditions

I confirm that I would prefer to transact electronically with Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (Momentum Metropolitan) and its subsidiaries (being Momentum, Metropolitan, Multiply and Guardrisk), including its associates and joint ventures.

I understand that:

All transactions will be done in accordance with the South African Electronic Communications Transaction Act (ECTA), Act No 25 of 2002. This ETA allows Momentum Metropolitan and me to submit and process information electronically to communicate and conclude transactions. By giving my full names, identity number, email address and cell phone number, I confirm that I know and give Momentum Metropolitan permission to:

• Verify my personal details; and
• Electronically confirm my transaction details with me.

Momentum Metropolitan will treat my personal and transactional information as confidential.

I accept the outcome of a transaction electronically communicated and as defined by Momentum Metropolitan. Any transaction that was accepted electronically by me, will be binding. Momentum Metropolitan will communicate sensitive or critical transactions to me in a secure manner and Momentum Metropolitan will let me know of security measures that I have to follow, or that are required. I must update my contact details when they change. I may cancel this ETA by giving notice in writing to Momentum Metropolitan. This may impact the effectiveness of continued service to me, and that Momentum Metropolitan may set further requirements if I cancel this ETA or neglect to update my contact details.
